Refund Policy

At our platform “konarkfin” we value our customers and are committed to providing best services.

 

Refund process will only be initiated by the associated NBFC, Banks, Financial Institutions in following conditions:

 

(i) If repayment of the loan has been done by the borrower twice by any means.

(ii) Any extra payment has been received from the customer over and above the repayment value in any case.

(iii) Repayment has been done mistakenly by the borrower unintentionally before his/her the due date of loan repayment.

 

If for some unforeseen reason, the client is not satisfied with our services, they may call us to seek direction on future calls. We will give our best effort to increase the satisfaction levels in such cases. We strongly recommend that before making a payment, our visitors and potential clients should read the refund policy. 

 

If the customer is eligible for the refund, then the refund amount would be credited in the respective bank account in maximum of 30 business days.

 

Note: 

 

01: konarkfin is only a platform and any refund can only be done from the associated NBFC, Banks, financial institution directly from their bank account to the customer’s bank account. 

02: We strongly believe and request our customers to read the refund policy before making any payments or re-payments to the associated NBFCs, Banks or any financial institutions as konarkfin will not be responsible for any refund directly to the customers.
